Abstract£ºThe shoe press technology is the most advanced press technology in the paper industry at present. Maintaining the stability of the line pressure and improving the dewatering rate are the challenges faced in the field of shoe press technology, and it is necessary to explore the optimization of the structure and performance of the shoe press device through structural design and finite element analysis to improve the efficiency of pulp dewatering and paper quality in the papermaking process. In this paper, a literature review on the existing studies on the design and finite element analysis of shoe press devices is first conducted. Then, based on the research objectives, a new shoe press device is designed , followed by the structural analysis and performance evaluation through the finite element analysis. Through finite element analysis, the static stress deformation of the shoe press device is obtained under the working conditions at the limit conditions. The analysis results show that the designed device performs well in terms of structural stability, and is able to effectively realize the dewatering of pulp and the uniform pressing of paper. Based on the design and finite element analysis results of this paper, it is concluded that the shoe press device has superior structural performance, and the study has important practical value and application potential for further improving and optimizing the shoe press technology.
