模糊PID变频控制在变压器冷却系统中的应用

摘要:针对现有变压器冷却控制系统大滞后、非线性、参数时变性、不易建立精确数学模型的不足,提出了相应的算法,设计了结合模糊控制器和PID控制器的模糊PID控制器。PLC通过温度采集,计算偏差绝对值和偏差变化率绝对值的变化量,实现PID参数的在线整定,输出结果实现变频器电机软启动。由于算法利用MATLAB的SIMULINK工具箱,对系统进行仿真,仿真结果显示模糊PID控制器能使控制系统具有更好的动态响应特征和稳态特性,从而达到节能和保护设备的目的。

Fuzzy PID frequency conversion control in the application of transformer cooling system

Abstract:In view of the existing transformer cooling control system for large delay, nonlinear, time-varying parameters, and not easy to establish accurate mathematical model, proposed the corresponding algorithms, designs the combination of fuzzy controller and PID controller of fuzzy PID controller. PLC caculated the deviation of the absolute values of the deviation and the deviation rate, through the acquisition of temperature, to realize PID parameters online setting and inverter motor soft started. Due to using SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB, simulation was carried out on the system, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller can make the control system has better dynamic characteristics and steady state response characteristics, so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and protection of equipment.
