某型桥梁架设系统维修模拟训练平台设计

摘要:根据对某型冲击桥主控盒和作业显示终端功能的分析,结合维修实训台训练操作需求,完成了维修模拟训练平台的总体方案设计,进行了维修模拟训练平台操控系统的硬件设计与软件开发。运用基于ARM技术的CPU芯片,设计了主控盒模拟操控平台的面板控制电路,完成了执行元件的选型,电源电路、信号调理电路、数据采集电路和通信接口电路的设计,以及作业显示终端的硬件选型与设计。所设计的训练平台能够满足该型桥梁架设系统的维修模拟训练需求,对其他装备的模拟训练系统的开发具有很好的参考意义。

Design of maintenance simulation training system of certain bridge's launching and erecting system

Abstract:As a result of function analysis to the main control box and operating display terminal of certain assault bridge as well as operating requirement analysis, the total scheme of simulation stand of maintenance training is implemented. Subsequently, the hardware and software platforms are developed. The control circuit of operating panel is designed by ARM-based CPU chip. The election of executive components, power supply circuit, signal conditioning circuit and data acquisition circuit is also explicated. The training stand could meet the requirements of maintenance training mission of bridge launching and erecting system. Meanwhile, the work has a good reference guide for the development of similar simulation training system.
