袋式法VOC测试影响因素分析及准确度提升研究

摘要:汽车内部空气质量问题已成为消费者日益关注的热点。挥发性有机化合物(VOC)是影响车内空气质量的重要原因。“袋式法VOC测试”是现在各大主机厂主要采用的检测手段之一,采用六西格玛工具分析了袋式法检测系统的影响因素,采取有效手段提升了检测系统的准确性和稳定性。同时将控制手段应用于实际的内饰产品检测中,将各项影响因素和试验结果进行比对,验证了方法的有效性和可靠性。

Test accuracy improvement of bag method for volatile organic compounds

Abstract:Vehicle inside air quality (VIAQ) has become increasingly concerned by consumers. VOC (volatile organic compounds) is the most important character which affects the VIAQ. “Bag method for VOC testing” now become the main test method by different OEMs. This subject analysis the main factors for the system with Six-sigma method, take effective action to improve the accuracy and stability for the test system. Meanwhile most actions applied to the actual interior parts testing, The test system’s reliability is verified by the test results comparison with different factors.
