基于位置分析的可调球面5R机构可视化软件开发

摘要:针对一个可调球面5R机构,建立了基于符号表示的位置正解数学模型,在此基础上开发设计由Delphi制作界面、Matlab实现计算功能的可视化软件。通过Matlab与Delphi的接口技术,将Matlab强大的科学计算功能与Delphi强大的可视化开发环境功能相结合,实现Delphi语言调用Matlab引擎、Delphi和Matlab程序进行数据交换,使Delphi语言开发的软件具有更加强大的数据处理功能。并通过实例分析,验证了位置正解数学模型的正确性、可调机构的合理性和软件的可行性及优越性。

Development of the visualized software based on position analysis of adjustable spherical 5R linkages mechanism

Abstract:Solution of positional analysis is acquired concerning a spherical 5R adjustable linkages mechanism based on symbolic and digital method. On this basis, designing a visualized software whose interface is designed by Delphi and the calculation function is accomplished by MATLAB. Used the interface technology between Delphi and MATLAB, the combination of Delphi, which has flexible and convenient programming capabilities, and MATLAB, which has powerful scientific calculation capabilities, makes the software have more powerful data processing capability which can start MATLAB in Delphi, execute MATLAB commands and implement the data exchange between MATLAB and Delphi. By case analysis to verify that the solution of positional analysis is correct, the adjustable mechanism is reasonable and the software has feasibility and superiority.
