残膜回收机捡拾装置的研究

摘要：为了解决残膜难捡拾、缠绕工作部件等技术难题，在总结和借鉴目前研究成果和经验的基础上，深入研究曲轴滚筒式苗期残膜捡拾装置，捡膜部件为曲轴滚筒式结构。该装置田间作业时，起膜杆齿将残膜从土壤中松动释放，捡膜杆齿将残膜挑起送至卸膜机构，刷膜辊将残膜刷至集膜箱中，避免造成二次污染。对比分析几种捡拾装置的优缺点：弹齿式残膜清理滚筒结构复杂、润滑困难；自动卸膜式残膜捡拾装置实现连续捡膜，但卸膜阻力较大；曲轴滚筒式苗期残膜捡拾装置残膜捡拾率较高，回收的残膜较完整，便于回收利用。

Abstract：In order to solve the difficult technical problems of collecting residual film, winding working parts in the summary and draw lessons from the current research results and experience, on the basis of further study of crankshaft drum seedling residual film collector device, picking up the membrane components for crankshaft cylinder structure. Film in the device field pole tooth to release the residual film from the soil loose, picking up the membrane pole tooth will start to discharge the residual membrane, brush will film roll residual film to film box, avoid to cause secondary pollution. Comparison and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of collecting device: spring-tooth residual membrane cleaning roller structure complex, lubrication difficulties; Automatic unloading membrane type residual film collector device to realize continuous pick up membrane, membrane resistance but discharge; Crankshaft drum residual film collector device and film collecting rate is higher in seedling stage, recovery of residual film is complete, easy to recycle.
