有限元分析在管壳式换热器定期检验中的应用

摘要:换热器常处于高温高压的工作环境下,并且受力复杂。在定期检验工作中比较难以掌握它的受力情况。应用有限元分析对管壳式换热器在机械场和耦合场两种不同工况下进行应力分析,分别确定应力集中位置,得出应力集中位置应力最大理论值。通过对两种工况的比较,分析得出热载荷是换热器应力值增大的主要影响因数,并且把应力集中位置作为定期检验工作的重点,从而提高缺陷的检出率,消除检验死角,为检验师制定全面检验方案提供理论基础。

The finite element analysis application in tube and shell heat exchanger regular inspection

Abstract:Heat exchanger is often in high temperature and high pressure working environment, and the stress is complex. in the regular inspection, it is difficult to know its force. In this paper, finite element analysis is used to analyze tube and shell heat exchanger in mechanical field and coupling field stress analysis under two different conditions, determine the differentiate position of stress concentration and conclude the stress concentration position stress maximum theoretical value. By comparing two kinds of working condition, this paper analyzed heat exchanger heat load is the main influence factor of stress value increases and use it as the focus of the regular inspection, so as to improve the detection rate of defects, eliminate blind Angle inspection, which provides the theoretical foundation for docimaster examination scheme.
