飞灰磨损在炉内的发生及其防治

摘要:燃煤锅炉受热面的飞灰磨损是一种常见的现象,这是锅炉烟气中的飞灰在较低温度下有足够的硬度和动能对锅炉管子产生磨削作用而造成的。结合京隆发电两台锅炉的防磨防爆工作,重点就燃烧器喷口处的稳定涡流对炉管的影响;水平烟道处的飞灰沉积、下流现象;烟气走廊对低过B点弯头及阻流板附近侧墙的影响;省煤器悬吊处低过管道的磨损情况;锅炉大小孔洞,漏风等对炉管的磨损等几个方面进行了论述并提出了相应的防护措施。

The occurrence of fly ash abrasion in the furnace and its prevention and treatment

Abstract:Coal-fired boiler heating surface of fly ash abrasion is a common phenomenon, this is fly ash of boiler flue gas at low temperature has enough hardness and kinetic energy to the boiler tube caused by grinding effect. In this paper, combined with the anti abrasion proof work of two boiler of JingLong Power Generation Co., Ltd., mainly discussed the following aspects on the stability of the burner vents eddy current effect on the furnace tube; horizontal flue of the fly ash deposition, dirty phenomenon; smoke corridor to the influence of low temperature superheater point B elbow and of the superheater pipe near the choke plate; the abrasion of low temperature superheater pipe near the economizer suspension pipeline; influence of air leakage on boiler tube wear; and puts forward the corresponding protective measures.
