真空绝热低温管漏放气速率的检测

摘要：真空绝热低温设备的漏放气速率是一个非常重要的参数，它直接影响到该设备的使用寿命；自身不带真空规管的真空绝热低温设备，它的漏放气速率不能被直接测量，只能间接测量；按照GB/T18443.4-2010设计一测量管路，在管路一端设置一专用检测真空阀，另一端设置一抽空真空阀，管路上设置一真空规管，用设备与管路总漏放气速率减去管路的漏放气速率得到设备的漏放气速率。

Abstract：Leak-out gassing rate of vacuum insulation cryogenic equipment is a very important parameter, It directly affect the service life of the equipment, Own without a vacuum gauge, Its leak-out gassing rate is not measured by directly measurement method and can by indirectly measurement method，in accordance with the GB/T18443.4-2010, a measurement of the pipeline design,at the end of the pipeline set a special vacuum valve for check, the other end set a vacuum valve for vacuum, the pipeline is provided a vacuum gauge, with the equipment and the pipeline leak-out gassing rate minus the pipeline leak-out gassing rate for the equipment leak-out gassing rate.
