浅析延长高温密封使用寿命及解决密封热备的有效方法

摘要:根据对机械密封端面的发热量以及介质传导到密封处的热量分析,计算出机械密封正常使用所需要的最基本的冲洗流量。并根据机械密封冲洗流量公式找出PLAN 23为什么降温有限的原因,然后从理论上找到在高温介质中降低机械密封端面附近的温度的几种措施,并参考实际使用时的一些经验,最终采用一种简单、直接、有效的方法来降低机械密封端面温度高的问题。同时,还介绍高温密封在使用时因发热量大导致寿命短的几种解决方案,并给出适用于高温密封设计以及解决现场密封热备的一些有效的方法。

Analysis on prolonging the service life of high temperature sealing and solving the effective method of sealing hot preparation

Abstract:According to the heat capacity of the mechanical seal face and the heat of the medium to the 
sealing place, the most basic flushing flow rate is calculated. According to the mechanical seal flushing flow formula to find out the reason why PLAN 23 cooling limited. In theory, several measures are found to reduce the temperature near the mechanical seal end face in high temperature medium. Reference to practical experience, using a simple, direct and effective way to reduce the mechanical seal face high temperature problem. This paper also introduces several solutions for the short life of high temperature seal during use. Some effective methods for the design of high temperature seal and the solution of the field seal are given.
