液压支架大型铸件车铣设备能力提升探讨

摘要：随着综采设备能力提升，液压支架种类不断增加，对产品质量要求不断提高，老旧设备的加工能力和加工效率无法满足生产的需要，针对此问题，着重就液压支架柱帽、柱窝车铣设备的改造升级进行了探讨。主要从设备工作台改造和工艺工装设计等方面进行了阐述说明，实践证明，该方案可行。
关键词：液压支架；双柱铣；能力不足

Abstract：With the increase of the capacity of fully mechanized mining equipment, the type of hydraulic support is increasing, the quality of products is improved, the processing capacity and efficiency of the old equipment can't meet the needs. Mainly from the equipment and technology design, design, and other aspects of the design, through the practice proved that the feasibility of the program is reliable.
