给水泵振动监测及故障诊断

摘要:荆门石化一催中锅泵房除氧给水泵(DGB45-80×8)及其附属管道在开车试运过程中振动超标,严重影响了整个生产装置的正常开车。经过对设备多次解体检查,未发现泵体零部件有明显磨损和变形等损伤,装配程序和配合要求也无偏差。为了查明故障原因,提请了相关专业部门,利用VB7测振仪器对给水泵进行了振动监测及故障诊断,很快找出了给水泵及附属管道振动超标的原因,经过采取针对性的整改措施解决了该泵及管道振动过大的问题,振动最大值从24.7 mm/s降到4.3 mm/s,消除了影响机组安全运行的故障隐患。

Abstract:In the Jingmen petrochemical boiler pump room, an deoxidizing pump (DGB45-80 x 8) and its subsidiary pipeline have a very big vibration in the process of driving test, once more exceed the related standard values, which seriously impact on the whole of the production unit of normal driving. After many times of equipment check, found no obvious wear and deformation damage in the pump body and parts, and no deviation such as assembly program and cooperate with the requirements presented. In order to find out the cause of the problem, ask for help to the relevant professional departments, using VB7 vibration instrument on the water-feeding pump to monitor vibration and diagnosis fault, quickly find out the reason of the water-feeding pump and associated piping vibration exceeds the standard value. After taking corresponding measures to solve the pump and pipeline vibration problems, the maximum vibration dropped from 24.7 mm/s to 4.3 mm/s, eliminate the problems which affecting the safe operation of the unit.
