一种数字图像天然气水露点仪的设计

摘要:设计了一种以计算机控制整个测量过程的天然气水露点仪,研究了数字图像露点仪的工作原理,并讨论了系统的硬件结构和系统软件总体构架。该仪器由电源主机、通过导线与电源主机连接的半导体制冷片组件、温度压力检测和工业照相机组成。实现了用数字图像取代肉眼判断作为水露点测量依据。

The Design of a Digital Image of Natural Gas Water Dew-Point Instrument

Abstract:Designed a water dew-point instrument, which can control the whole measurement progress by computer. This paper researched the fundamental principle of water dew-point instrument, and discussed the hardware structure and the technological process of software of the system. The instrument is composed of a power supply host, a semiconductor refrigeration chip assembly which is connected with a power supply host through a conducting wire, a temperature pressure detection and an industrial camera. The use of digital images to replace the naked eye to determine the basis for the measurement of water dew point.
