球形储煤仓在发电厂的应用

摘要:对斗轮机干煤棚矩形煤场、筒仓、圆形煤场等火力发电厂常用的储煤场进行了技术经济比较。介绍了球形煤仓的结构、施工步骤、特点和球形煤仓储煤量的计算方法。介绍了球形煤仓通风、料位检测、温度探测器、烟雾探测器、可燃气体检测装置、防爆门、制氮系统、消防、照明、给排水、维修平台等安健环保障设施的设置标准。

Abstract:Let the domes’ advantage can be known further by technical and economic compare with common coal storage field in power plant, such as Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer dry coal shed’s, cylindrical silos, circular coal field, etc. This article describes the domes’ structure, construction methods, characteristics, etc. It confirms the calculation method of domes’ capacity and safety-health-environmental support facilities’ parameter standard, such as domes’ ventilation, material level detection, temperature detectors, smoke detectors, combustible gas detectors, explosion-proof doors, nitrogen system, fire, lighting, drainage system and maintenance platform.
