电磁振动给料装置自调节控制的Simulink仿真

摘要:电磁振动给料装置的参数发生改变,会导致给料速度随之发生改变,致使下料量与目标量之间存在较大误差。为研究参数变化下调整下料速度的方法,运用模型参照自调节控制方法对其进行补偿。首先设计出自调节控制系统,进而运用Matlab中的Simulink模块对其仿真,验证控制系统的可行性。仿真得到的下料速度曲线显示,当给料装置参数发生改变后,不采用自调节器时,给料装置的给料速率会发生明显变化;运用自调节控制器的情况下,给料装置的给料速度仅发生微小偏差。验证了自调节器的可行性。

Simulation in Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder’s Adaptive Control System with Simulink

Abstract:The change of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder’s parameters will cause the change of the feeding speed, which make an deviations between real amount and target amount. To study how to adjust feeding speed during parameters change, allow model reference adaptive control system to compensate for the deviations of the feeding speed. Design adaptive control system and then verification it’s feasibility by Simulink simulation in MATLAB. According to the graph of the feeding speed, when feeding mechanism’s parameters change, the feeding speed of the mechanism without self-adaptive system make a obviously deviations, while the feeding speed of the mechanism with self-adaptive system only make a minor deviations. Verify the feasibility of self-adaptive system.
