小截面交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆热收缩研究

摘要:小截面交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆在堆放储存、敷设安装和通电运行的过程中,绝缘容易发生轴向收缩,易造成导体裸露、触电等危险。对交联聚乙烯产生热收缩的机理进行了理论分析,通过试验研究了导体规格、温度与时间、试样长度等因素对绝缘热收缩的影响,结合理论分析和试验验证提出了改善热收缩的措施。

Study on the Thermal Contraction of Small Cross Section XLPE Insulated Cable

Abstract:In the time of stacked storage, installation and long running process for small cross section XLPE cable, the insulation axial shrinkage was easy to take place. This problem may cause bare conductors, such as electric shock risk. In this paper, the mechanism of XLPE heat shrinkage were analyzed in theory. The influence of the conductor size, temperature and time, sample length on the insulation heat shrinkable were researched by experiment. In order to provide effective reference for the customer, the measures to improve thermal contraction were put forward, combining the theoretical analysis and experiment validation.
