短电弧加工工具电极损耗研究

摘要:为研究短电弧加工技术中工具电极损耗的原因,采用单因素试验方法对不同的工具电极材料和工件电极材料进行试验,记录相应的试验数据,然后通过分析对比数据找出工具电极损耗的主要因素,实验结果表明在工件电极材料改变的情况下,工具电极的损耗将发生一定程度的波动,说明工具电极的损耗比与工件材料有关。

Abstract:The reasons for the study of short arc machining technique of the tool electrode of wear ,by single factor test method to test different tool electrode and workpiece electrode materials, the corresponding test data recording, and then through the analysis of comparative data and find out the main factors of the tool electrode wear. The experimental results show that in changing the electrode material of workpiece and tool electrode loss will occur a certain degree of volatility, indicating that the tool electrode loss associated with the workpiece material.
