空压机性能检测试验台系统的改造与优化

摘要:以重庆轻轨二号线大堰车辆段检修站的空压机性能检测试验台改造项目为背景,对所选轻轨列车空压机进行了系统地分析和研究,提出了以PLC为核心的测控方案,选择了充罐法作为空压机排气量测试方案,并编写了基于PLC的相应模块的控制程序。在磨合试验的调速方案上,采用基于PLC弱电开关量输出来控制变频器,并利用智能数显仪表,实现了基于RS-485与PLC之间的数据通讯。

Reconstruction and Optimization of Air Compressor Performance Test System

Abstract:This thesis is based on the project that develops air compressor test model (Model QPKT1-10) of Chongqing light rail route 2 in Dayan segment,fully studied and analyzed on previous air compressor test model, and puts forward the measurement and control scheme based on PLC as the core, choose the tank filling method as the air compressor exhaust quantity test scheme, and write the PLC control program for the corresponding module. In the running in test, using the weak electricity switch quantity output inverter control, realized the data communication between intelligent digital display instrument and PLC based on RS-485.
