基于ANSYS的新型电磁离合器电磁特性研究

摘要:基于螺线管电磁铁原理设计了一种新型电磁离合器,为确定其关键结构参数,利用ANSYS对进行建模和仿真分析计算。论述了当新型电磁离合器内外齿间隙和内外齿相对长度发生变化时对电磁力的影响规律,同时分析了在不同内外齿间隙下新型电磁离合器磁通密度矢量图的变化情况。分析结果表明:电磁力随着内外齿间隙的增大而减小;随着内外齿相对长度的增加,电磁力先减小后增大。由此可选出合适的内外齿间隙和内外齿相对长度,为新型电磁离合器的进一步优化设计奠定基础。

Research on Electromagnetic Characteristics of the Novel Electromagnetic Clutch Based on ANSYS

Abstract:Based on the principle of solenoid electromagnet, a novel electromagnetic clutch is designed. In order to determine the key structural parameters of it, model and simulation analysis are studied in ANSYS. When changes taken in the internal and external tooth gap and relative length of the clutch, the influence on the electromagnetic force are discussed. And it analyzes the changes of the magnetic flux density vector of the clutch in different internal and external tooth gap. The analysis results show that the electromagnetic force decreases with the internal and external teeth gap increasing. The electromagnetic force decreases first and then increases with the relative length of internal and external teeth increasing. Based on the above results, proper internal and external teeth gap and relative length of the clutch ought to be chosen to lay the foundation for the further optimization and design of the novel electromagnetic clutch.
