基于CFD方法的液力缓速器制动效果分析

摘要:应用CFD软件计算液力缓速器1挡及2挡在不同转子转速下的制动扭矩和叶片表面压强,并用MATLAB整理CFD计算结果,绘制出不同工况下的液力缓速器制动扭矩曲线和液力缓速器空间特性曲面;结合曲面数据与某8×8特种车性能参数,利用MATLAB编程计算,模拟了某8×8特种车在坡度为3°的高速公路上,长坡道下坡行进时,液力缓速器的制动效果。结果显示:在完全不使用行车制动的情况下,液力缓速器1挡和2挡仍可使特种车恒速下坡。

Analysis of Hydraulic Retarder Braking Effect Based on CFD Method

Abstract:Use CFD software to calculate the braking torque and the blade surface pressure of the 1st and 2nd range of hydraulic retarder at different rotor speeds, and analyze the CFD simulation results by MATLAB, then draw the braking torque curve of hydraulic retarder and the characteristics surface of hydraulic retarder under different working conditions; Combine with the surface data and the performance parameters of a 8×8 special vehicle, and use MATLAB to program, analyzed the braking effect of hydraulic retarder in the course of the 8×8 special vehicle traveling on a 3° downhill path. The result shows, in the case of completely without the use of a driving brake, the 1st and 2nd range of hydraulic retarder can still make the special vehicle travel downhill at constant speed.
