摘要:根据已有的头盔3D模型,提出一套用三轴数控加工中心加工的工艺流程。主要讨论了这类薄壁工件外形的加工,内腔的加工技巧。采取先外形后内腔,每道工序均给下道工序预留基准,用等高铣削的方法。并利用相关的软件进行程序优化,最后通过实例加工验证工艺的正确性、合理性。

Study on the Processing Technology of a Certain Tye of Military Helmet Models

Abstract:The technological process of three axis NC machining center by the existing 3D helment model. This article mainly discussed the processing of the thin-walled workpiece shape, the inner cavity of the processing skill. Take the shape of the first cavity, each process is set aside for the next process, such as the basis of high milling. And the related software is used to optimiae the program, In the end the correctness and rationality of the process are verified by given examples.
