双螺杆膨胀机螺杆转子的模态分析

摘要:为了避免螺杆转子在周期性变化的流体作用下发生共振,通过UG三维造型软件建立阴阳螺杆转子分析模型,采用弹簧单元模拟实际轴承约束,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对其进行了模态分析。结果表明:双螺杆膨胀机的阳转子固有频率比阴转子小;只要外部激振频率避开转子的固有频率,螺杆转子就可以稳定可靠的运行。通过模态分析为螺杆转子的设计与优化提供了参考。

The Modal Analysis of Twin Screw Expander Rotor

Abstract:In order to avoid resonance of screw rotor in periodic changes under the action of fluid , the modal analysis was carried out based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, by establishing male and female screw rotor analysis model, adopting three-dimensional modeling software UG and using spring element to simulate the actual bearing constraints. The results show that the natural frequency of twin screw expander’s male rotor is smaller than that of female rotor; As long as the external excitation frequency can avoid the natural frequency of rotor, the screw rotor can run stably and reliably. By means of modal analysis, a method is provided for the design and optimization of screw rotor.
