涡轮叶片和盘结构有限元建模及热力耦合分析

摘要:在分析涡轮叶片冷气通道几何结构的基础上,提出其建模方法,提取了关键造型参数,设计了参数化建模流程,使用UG/Open API编程,在UG平台上开发了相应的模块,实现了冷气通道的快速建模和参数化修改。与原有设计方式相比提高了设计效率,同时也为复杂曲面特征的参数化设计提供了借鉴。研究有助于提高叶片零件的研发和设计效率。

Finite Element Analysis of Turbine Blade and Disk Structure Modeling and Thermal Mechanical Coupling

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the turbine blade cooling channel geometry structure, puts forward the modeling method, extracts the key modeling parameters, design parameter modeling process, the use of UG/Open API programming, the corresponding module in the UG platform, to achieve a rapid modeling and parametric cooling channel modification. Compared with the original design to improve the design efficiency, but also the parametric design for complex surface feature provides a reference. This research can help to improve the blade part of R & D and design efficiency.
