基于CATIA V6的船舶管路基础模型库设计研究

摘要：管路设计作为船舶设计的重要组成部分，直接关系到产品的设计质量。从管路基础库配置、管路标准件创建和管路布置等几个方面对管路基础模型库建设进行研究，系统介绍了CATIA V6船舶管路基础模型库的设计和建库策略，分析了管路基础模型库的设计流程，提出了模型设计合理化建议，为管路及其附件库的通用化设计提供有效参考。研究结果有利于缩短管路设计周期、提高设计质量，对CATIA V6的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract：Ship piping design is an important part of ship design, directly related to the quality of product design. Data setup, piping design and application development were investigated. The piping design process is analyzed and the rationalization proposal of modeling is provided. All these works have theoretical and practical significance to reduce the design period and improve the design quantity for engineering application and design development of CATIA V6.
