无孔可转位刀片装夹偏心的磨削补偿技术

摘要:针对于无孔可转位刀片装夹偏心造成加工的误差,首先通过分析产生双顶尖定位偏心误差的原因,建立偏心距和理论单边磨削余量之间的模型,并提出了一种磨削补偿技术,编写偏心加工代码实现了刀片磨削过程中的偏心磨削。通过对SPCN正方形可转位刀片的磨削实验表明该方法能够有效地改善刀片的形状和尺寸误差,其加工稳定性也得到了较大幅度的改善。有孔刀片加工时,由于定位孔位置已知,需保证其成品刀片孔中心与磨削理论中心的同心度,因此所述方法亦适用于有孔刀片的磨削加工。

A Grinding Compensation Technique for the No-hole Indexable Insert in Clamping Eccentricity

Abstract:Aiming to the machining error caused by the eccentric clamp of no-hole insert, the model between eccentricity and theoretical unilateral grinding allowance was established by analyzing the cause of resulting in double top positioning eccentric error. A grinding compensation technique was also proposed. Eccentric grinding in the process of insert grinding was accomplished by compiling eccentric processing code. With the grinding contrast test of SPCN square indexable insert, the feasibility of this method was verified. The result of contrast experiment shows that this method can effectively improve the shape and dimension error of blade. The processing stability could also be improved substantially. In the porous blade machining process, since the center of location hole is known, the method above is also applicable to the grinding finish of porous blade. It is indispensable to guarantee the concentric between the insert location hole and the theory grinding center when perforated insert machining. Therefore the proposed technique is also suitable for the perforated insert.
