基于有限元的连杆运动与静力分析

摘要:以某型号汽车连杆作为研究对象,根据其在不同工况下的具体工作情况,分析得出连杆的运动参数及其具体的求解公式;讨论连杆在工作时的主要静载荷——拉伸载荷与压缩载荷,推导并求解出其在工作过程中的受力方程。利用UG建立起连杆的三维模型,导入到ANSYS Workbench中进行静应力的有限元分析,依据其结果可知,拉应力与压应力中压应力对连杆的影响是最大的,也就是说在压缩工况下连杆有最大的应力集中和变形,同时这些的应力集中与变形均发生在连杆的小头部位。

Analysis of Connecting Rod and Static Based on the Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:This paper takes a certain type of automotive connecting road as the research object, according to its work in concrete under different working conditions, explore the connecting rod movement parameters and their specific formulas; Discuss the main static load of the connecting road at work: the tensile and compressive load, and deduce the stress equation in the process of solving its at work .Using UG to establish a three dimensional model of connecting rod, imported into the static stress finite element analysis in ANSYS Workbench, according to the result: the tensile stress and compressive stress medium voltage stress on the influence of the connecting rod is one of the biggest, that is to say, in the compression under the condition of connecting rod has the largest stress concentration and deformation, and at the same time, the stress concentration and deformation occurred in the same part of the connecting rod. In the compression under the condition of connecting rod has the largest stress concentration and deformation, and at the same time, the stress concentration and deformation occurred in the small part of the connecting rod.
