简析云南省重型装备制造发展概况

摘要：装备制造业是云南工业的优势产业，起步较早，也曾创造了全国装备制造业中的多个第一，目前拥有一批高技术含量的特色优势产品。但目前存在整体发展不均衡、工业增加值增速缓慢、集群化程度低、产业链不完整、企业创新能力不强、市场竞争力弱等问题。根据国内及云南省重型装备制造行业的现状，以冶金成套设备、矿山成套设备、物料搬运机械（起重运输机械）等代表性的重型制造装备为对象，分析技术发展趋势及存在的问题，提出了作为企业应重视和做好的重点工作，对云南省重型制造装备的发展和战略研究具有一定的参考价值。

Brief Analysis on the Developing Present Situation of Heavy Equipment Manufacture in Yunnan Province

Abstract：Equipment manufacturing industry is one of the competitive industries in Yunnan, it is early started and has been also created a number of firsts in the national equipment manufacturing industry, it has had a group of characteristic and advantageous products with high-tech contents. But there are some problems at present, such as the imbalance overall development, slow industrial added value growth rate, lower industrial cluster, incomplete industry chain, weak enterprise innovation capability, and market competitiveness is weak and so on. This paper mainly introduces current situation of heavy equipment manufacturing industry in domestic and Yunnan province. Based on the typical heavy manufacturing equipments, such as metallurgical complete sets of equipment, mine complete sets of equipment, material handling machinery (hoisting and conveying machinery) and so on. The developing trend and existing problems of the field and technology are analyzed. This paper Proposes what an enterprise should pay attention to and how to do a good job. The article has a certain reference value for the development and strategic research of heavy manufacturing equipment in Yunnan province.
