某车载显控台的结构设计与人性化设计

摘要：为了使同时有显控台与会商桌使用需求的方舱能够提高舱内空间利用率，通过采用可翻转显示屏，利用结构设计、人机工程设计、造型与色彩设计的原理与方法，考量操作人员使用显控台时的生理和心理特征，设计了一种显示屏可翻转的台桌两用式显控台。该显控台适应车载环境，可以实现显控台与会商桌之间的快速转换，不仅在维修性、减振、散热等结构性能方面满足使用，还在人机性能和外形美观度方面进行了优化和改善，给方舱在布局上提供了一种新的解决方案。

Structural Design and Humanized Design of a Vehicle Mounted Console

Abstract：In order to increase space utilization of the shelter which needs the console and the desk, this paper designs a console which can convert to a desk, through choosing the rotatable display screen, using principles and methods of structural design, ergonomic design, modeling design and color design，considering the physiological and psychological features of the operator when uses the console. This console adapts to the vehicle environment, can be used as a desk, has good structural performance including maintainability, vibration and heat dissipation，also has better human-machine performance and appearance, provides a new solution to the layout of the shelter.
