某混合动力汽车分数槽电机磁路有限元分析

摘要:电机是混合动力汽车动力系统的关键部件,电机的磁路设计对整车动力性具有决定性因素。以混合动力汽车分数槽电机为研究对象,采用ANSYS/Maxwell建立电机磁路有限元分析模型,分析其齿槽转矩、空载反电势、负载特性等,结果表明电机的输出特性可达到目标要求。

Magnetic Circuit of Fraction Slot Motor on Hybrid Electric Vehicle Using Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:Motor is the key of the hybrid power system components , And the magnetic circuit design of motor is the decisive factors of vehicle dynamic performance. Fractional slot motor on hybrid electric vehicle was investigated to analyze. Firstly, tow-dimensional finite element model was constructed using Maxwell. Second, the model is used to analysis of the air gap flux density, the cogging torque, no-load back-EMF, and load. The results show that the output of the motor characteristics can achieve goals.
