重载码垛机器人前臂有限元分析及拓扑优化

摘要:采用有限元分析和拓扑优化设计的方法,结合重载码垛机器人前臂的结构特点,载荷情况以及极端工况,进行有限元分析和拓扑优化,并使重量大幅度减轻。拓扑优化设计能够提高设计效率,缩短设计开发周期,提高设计质量,最终使产品更具竞争力。

Finite Element Analysis and Topology Optimization of Heavyload Palletizing Robot Forearm

Abstract:By using finite element analysis and topology optimization, combined with the structural characteristics, load conditions and extreme operating conditions, take the finite element analysis and optimization to heavy load palletizing robot forearm. Make a significant reduction in weight. The topology optimization design can improve design efficiency, shorten design and development cycles, improve design quality, and ultimately make the product more competitive.
