冷轧板厂ZKL14551开卷机研制

摘要:开卷机卷筒主要由四棱锥套、扇形板、开卷轴三大主件构成。某钢铁集团冷轧板厂3#横切线上的ZKL14551开卷机能否按照预期工作,这三个零件的制作很关键。四棱锥套是典型的套类零件,且形状不规则,根据工艺基准与设计基准重合的原则,设计专用芯轴,涨套作为定位基准进行加工制作;并将涉及到的关键工序在数控机床上加以分析研究,确定出最后的加工工艺。扇形板共有四块,它们包在四棱锥套的外边,形成一个圆柱形整体。在加工过程中首先做出工艺基准,并设计专用斜铁来制作斜面槽。开卷轴可看作是细长轴,加工出供顶尖支撑的工艺孔。在三大主件制作完成后的总装,需要注意对零件进行适当的修配和调整,在保证各部的接触要求和配合精度的规定后完成该型号开卷机的研制。

Abstract:Uncoiler barrel is mainly composed of rectangular pyramid, fan-shaped plate, open a scroll of three main parts. A certain iron and steel group manufacture factory 3 # transverse line ZKL14551 uncoiler can work as expected, the three parts of production is the key. Rectangular pyramid is a typical set of parts, and irregular shape, based on the principle of process datum and the design datum coincidence, design special core shaft, rose set as a locating datum processing production; And will be involved in the key working procedure analysis and research on numerical control machine tool, determine the final machining process. Quadrant four boards, they are wrapped in rectangular pyramid set outside, to form a cylindrical overall. First made in the process of machining process benchmark, and design special oblique iron to make the slope tank. Open scroll is considered to be a long and thin axis, pay attention to work out for the top support technology hole. After completion of the three main parts to make the final assembly, need to pay attention to proper replacement and adjustment, the parts in the provisions of the contact requirements and cooperate with the precision of the ministries to complete the model after the development of the uncoiler.
