基于有限元法的传动丝杠模态及线性屈曲分析

摘要:针对某型号中的关键传动丝杠机构,通过建立有限元模型先进行结构静力分析,然后以静力学计算结果为预应力计算了传动丝杠机构固有频率和振型。为了校核传动机构的稳定性,进行线性屈曲分析求出压杆失稳安全因子,由此,为精密传动丝杠机构的精确设计以及校核传动稳定性的深入研究提供了有益的分析数据和方法。

Analysis of Linear Buckling and pre-Stress Vibration Modal for Transmission Screw Based on FEM

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of screw transmission structure is established and analyzed by using engineering analysis software ANSYS. Firstly, the structural static equation is calculated and then based on the static results, the natural frequencies and model shapes of pre-stress screw are also solved. In order to check the mechanical stability, it calculated the linear buckling analysis for this transmission system and obtained the bending pole safety factor. From these sources, it provides some useful datum and methods for the exact screw drive body design and verification of linear stability analysis.
