基于Workbench的组装式液压门式起重机结构模态分析

摘要:考虑到组装式液压门式起重机的结构特征及动态特性,为了能更好地设计门机,利用SolidWorks 2012和ANSYS Workbench 15.0软件对组装式液压门式起重机的结构进行三维实体建模与模态分析,提出合理的模型简化方案,在此基础上利用有限元的方法得出了模型前8阶的固有频率和振型。从避免共振的角度出发对门机的动态特性进行分析,确定了门机的动态刚度满足设计要求。此外,通过分析振型产生的影响因素,进而为门机的设计和改进提供理论依据。

Modal Analysis of the Hydraulic Gantry Crane Structure Based on Workbench

Abstract:Considering the structural and dynamic characteristics of the assembly type hydraulic gantry crane, in order to improve the design of gantry crane, the three-dimensional entity modeling of assembly type hydraulic gantry crane was established through SolidWorks 2012 and modal analysis through ANSYS Workbench15.0. Also the scheme of reasonable simplified model has been put forward. The first eight modes of natural frequency and vibration mode from model were obtained by using finite element method on the basis of simplified model. Dynamic characteristics of the gantry were analyzed from the perspective of avoiding resonance to make sure the dynamic stiffness of gantry crane afford the design requirements. The analysis from the influence factors of the vibration mode offered basis for the renovation and design of the gantry crane.
