风力发电机组齿轮箱减振系统的优化

摘要:叠簧式齿轮箱减振系统应用于四点支撑式双馈风力发电机组中,主要承担齿轮箱传递的扭转载荷。某2.X MW风力发电机组在运行过程中齿轮箱出现横向振动超标,影响机组的正常运行;根据振动数据,对减振系统进行了优化设计,确定了减振系统的性能参数。利用ABAQUS 6.10软件对产品的结构和性能进行了有限元分析,并结合试验验证,保证产品在极限载荷和疲劳载荷下安全可靠。通过振动测试表明,新结构的减振系统能有效地抑制齿轮箱的异常振动。

Optimization of Gearbox Vibration Isolation System in Windmill

Abstract:Gearbox multi-layer sandwich mount is applied to the four-point supporting double-fed wind turbine, which is carrying mainly torque loads. Transverse abnormal vibration is found in operation of 2.XMW wind turbine, which affected the fatigue life of some parts. According to the data of vibration test, the performance parameter of gearbox mount are redefined, and the vibration isolation system are optimized. The structure and performance of new gearbox mount are analyzed by ABAQUS 6.10 and verified by lab test, which ensure the products safely and reliably under extreme load and fatigue load. New anti-vibration system can restrain the abnormal vibration of gearbox effectively according to test result.
