小型休闲赛车前悬架弹簧安装长度对悬架系统的综合影响

摘要:赛车悬架是决定赛车操稳性的重要环节,针对如今新兴的小型休闲赛车,就悬架弹簧的安装长度对赛车的具体影响问题进行探究。基于ADAMS/Car模块,对小型休闲赛车设计以及制造过程中的前悬架-转向系统进行建模仿真,主要分析前悬架弹簧安装长度对于前悬架特性以及转向特性的影响。通过分析结果,得出尽量增加悬架弹簧的安装长度更为有利,据此为此类赛车的进一步研究提供参考。

Combined Effect of Suspension Spring Length on Suspension System of the Small Leisure Racing Car

Abstract:The car suspension is the most important part of the car's handling stability, for the emerging leisure small racing car, On the specific impact of the installation length of the suspension spring on the car to explore. Based on the ADAMS/Car module, modeling and simulating of the front suspension-steering system in the design and manufacture of small leisure racing cars, the main analysis of front suspension spring is installed for the front suspension length characteristics and influencing steering characteristics. By analyzing the results, it is concluded that the installation length of the suspension spring is more favorable, so as to provide reference for the further research of this kind of racing car.
