压裂泵滑动轴承失效分析

摘要:压裂泵是压裂作业时的关键设备,压裂泵功率大、连杆负荷大、排出压力高,工作条件十分苛刻。压裂泵的损坏将使压裂工作突然停顿,易导致砂堵等井下事故,造成巨大损失。分析了滑动轴承轴瓦失效产生的原因有间隙不匀、油隙过小、断油和轴承过载,并对每一种失效的故障机理、预防措施和检修方法都进行了较深入的探讨和研究。最后,提出了整改措施,即通过严格质量控制,采用不添加石墨结构的高力黄铜材料和优化轴瓦油槽结构,从而有效地解决了压裂泵滑动轴承轴瓦失效的问题。

Analysis the Sliding Bearing Disabled Reasons of the Fracture Pump

Abstract:Fracture pump is the key equipment of the fracturing operation, it always runs in serious condition with super power, huge rod load and high discharged pressure. If the fracture pump breaks down, then fracturing operation stop suddenly will lead serious loss because sand stop of the well. This paper analyzed the sliding bearing disabled reasons, such as bearing clearance is non-uniform or too narrow, oil starvation and overload. Then the mechanism, preventive measure and inspection operation of every disabled type were researched deeply. Finally, this paper appealed corrective measure, such as production quality control, brass without graphite and optimizing oil-way, which solved the sliding bearing disabling problem effectively.
