机械零部件电刷镀再制造技术在海洋石油平台的研究和应用

摘要:海洋石油平台复杂环境条件容易对设备表面造成腐蚀损伤,造成构件表面缺陷,影响后续使用功能。主要针对海洋固定平台金属结构件磨损修复方法进行研究,重点对使用较频繁的轴类、油缸类、密封面、轴承等。利用电刷镀再制造技术中的快速镀铜和镀镍,能够弥补构件外部尺寸偏差,提高使用寿命和性能。实验数据表明:表面粗糙度和硬度值均满足正常使用要求,可替代新件进行重复使用。试件已在各个平台稳定使用,大大降低了维修周期和费用成本,对于设备维修保养有积极意义。

Research and Application of Electro Brush Plating Technology for Mechanical Components in Offshore Oil Platform

Abstract:The complex environment of offshore oil platform is easy to cause corrosion damage to the surface of the equipment, causing the surface defects of the components, and the subsequent use of the function. In this paper, we mainly study the method of the metal structure of the marine fixed platform, focusing on the use of shaft, oil cylinder, sealing surface, bearing and so on. The rapid copper plating and nickel plating can be used to make up for the external dimension deviation of components and improve the service life and performance. The experimental results show that the surface roughness and hardness values can meet the requirements of normal use, and can be reused for new ones. The test pieces have been used in various platforms, which greatly reduces the maintenance cycle and cost, and has a positive significance for equipment maintenance.
