潜油电泵试验系统中出口高压调节阀的选型

摘要:针对潜油电泵试验系统中高压调节阀的选型问题,分析比较了潜油电泵试验系统中常用出口高压调节阀的三种类型,针式节流或截止阀、高压笼式(套筒)调节阀和迷宫通道式高压调节阀,以及使用效果。结合三种调节阀的优缺点,提出一种基于迷宫和套筒结构相结合的调节阀结构,这种改进后的调节阀在潜油泵试验过程中具有良好的适应性。具有该结构的调节阀有效改善多工况调节能力、降低了试验过程中的振动、噪声等问题。

Selection of High Pressure Control Valve In Testing System for Oilfield Submersible Pump

Abstract:High pressure control valve is one of most important parts of testing system. There are three types of high pressure control valve. They are pin type throttling or cut-off valve, high-pressure cage (sleeve) valve and labyrinth leading high pressure valve. It is a key issue which type valve is suitable for the testing system. The characteristics of three types of control valve are analyzed. A new structure is proposed. This new structure is a combination of labyrinth and sleeve structure. The control vale with the improved structure has good adaptability in the process of submersible pump test. If using the valve with new structure, it was found that reducing the vibration, noise and other issues in the process of the test.
