基于热失重法的高压交联电缆副产物释放研究

摘要:挤出交联后,高压交联电缆绝缘中残余的交联副产物会影响电缆的绝缘性能,并严重危害电缆的长期安全运行。目前制造厂家普遍对高压交联电缆进行去气处理,但面临无法表征去气效果、忽视副产物长期释放过程等问题,采用热失重法对交联副产物的长期释放过程进行研究,对去气工艺优化和电缆运行维护具有现实指导意义。

Research of High Voltage XLPE Cable's Byproducts Release by Thermal Weightlessness Method

Abstract:The byproducts of high voltage crosslinked cable influenced the reliability of the insulation of the cable, and gathered slowly in the end of cable which make a harmful effect on the long-term safe operation of the cable. The manufacturer generally solved this problem by desgassing. But they couldn't quantize the desgassing effect, and ignored the long-term release process. This paper adopted thermal weightlessness method to research byproducts release process for a long time, make a reality guiding to desgassing process optimization and cable operation maintenance.
