质子转移反应质谱仪外围设备控制器设计

摘要:为了实现对超高灵敏度质子转移反应质谱仪各组件的集中管控,利用两片串口扩展芯片GM8125把MCS51单片机的两个串口扩展成为10个,使得MCU能够同时与PC及9个外部设备进行串行通信,通过MCU的实时数据转发,实现在PC端对质子转移反应质谱系统(PTR-MS)外围设备的准确监控。现场测试表明该外围设备控制器应用于质子转移反应质谱系统中,在完成可靠的数据通信的同时,也充分满足系统对实时性的要求。

Design of Peripheral Device Controller for Proton Transfer Reaction Mass Spectrometer

Abstract:To achieve the centralized control of components for the high sensitivity proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer, two pieces of serial port expansion chip GM8125 were employed to extend the two serial ports of MCS51 single chip microcomputer to be ten serial ports, enable MCU to communicate with PC and 9 external devices in the way of serial communication, achieved the accurate monitoring of peripheral equipment on PC for proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry system through the real-time data forwarding of MCU. The field test showed that the peripheral device controller at the same time of completing reliable data communication, it fully met the requirement of the system to real time when applied to the proton transfer reaction mass spectrometry system.
