基于复合形法的飞轮转子储能优化设计

摘要:储能密度是储存能量的主要技术指标,优化飞轮的重要目的就是提高其储能密度。本文建立了一种储能优化模型,应用平面应力分析,利用复合形法的原理和MATLAB软件,取得飞轮转子内外半径值的一组优化参数,结果是飞轮电池转子储能密度相比优化前增加一倍。这对提升飞轮储能密度、减少飞轮失效、提高飞轮使用寿命具有重大意义。

Optimization Design of Flywheel Rotor Based on Complex Method

Abstract:Energy storage density is one of the main technical indicators of energy storage. To improve its energy density is an important purpose for optimization flywheel. Based on the complex method and MATLAB software, this paper establishes an energy storage optimization model and obtains a set of optimized parameters of the inner and outer radius of flywheel rotor using plane stress analysis theory. Flywheel battery's energy storage density is twice as high as before optimization. This will improve the flywheel energy density, reduce the probability of flywheel failure, and will make a significant impact on the flywheel in its service life.
