渐开线圆柱齿轮副滑动率、重合度计算浅析

摘要:齿轮副滑动率、重合度是齿轮传动设计的重要参量,现有的标准和文献通常直接给出相关计算公式或定义式,给实际工作中合理选用参数造成一定困扰。鉴于此,详细推导取不同自变量(主、从动齿轮齿顶圆压力角、啮合角)时3组等价的齿轮副滑动率计算公式、分析各种极限位置滑动率的取值及物理意义;给出一个实际啮合周期内单、双齿占比的计算方法,并将算法扩展到重合度大于3的一般情况。

Discussion on Slide Ratio, Contact Ratio of Involute Gear Pair

Abstract:Slide ratio, contact ratio of involute gear pair are very important parameters in gear pair design, the calculation formulas or definitions are given directly in existing standards and publishing papers without any discussion, which makes some confusion in choosing these parameters reasonably in our daily works. So, in the first part of this paper, three equivalent formulas with different independent variables (such as pressure angle at driving or driven gear tip, pressure angle at pitch point) for computing the relative sliding ratio of involute gear pair are demonstrated in detail, the value and physical meaning at the extreme working position is discussed. Secondly, formulas for computing proportion of one pair tooth or two pair teeth during one engagement period is performed, and the formulas is extended to the general situation of contact ratio greater than three.
