反应堆压力容器主螺栓拉伸装置设计及有限元分析

摘要:反应堆压力容器主螺栓拉伸装置是反应堆开扣盖的重要、关键设备。根据压力容器及主螺栓结构特点,分析了主螺栓拉伸装置设计要求。结合现场操作工艺流程、总结实施经验,对主螺栓拉伸装置进行了结构设计,包括拉伸机、旋转支架以及控制系统等,最后对拉伸机关键部件进行了有限元分析。

Design and Finite Element Analysis of Main Bolt Tensioning Device for Reactor Pressure Vessel

Abstract:The main bolt tensioning device for reactor pressure vessel is an important and critical device. According to the characteristics of pressure vessel and main bolt, the article analyzed the design requirements of main bolt tensioning device. Combined with the field operation process, summed up the implementation experience, designed the structure of the main bolt tensioning device, including the bolt tensioner, rotating bracket and control system, and finally using the software of ANSYS to check the strength of the key structure-tension.
