桥壳车扣专机的设计应用

摘要：桥壳车扣专机，是由普通车床改进而成的壳体车扣专机。专用组合刀具安装在主轴上，自动进退，做旋转主运动，通过后方气缸拉动刀杆，运用“后拉式压紧机构”把刀杆的轴向运动转化为刀头的径向运动。通过电磁气阀行程控制，实现进刀时刀头径向进给，完成切削。退刀时刀头自动退回，刀头退出工件，并通过三次自动进刀完成盲纹切削。桥壳车扣专机使工件固定可靠、费用低、省刀具、技术性能好、效率高，是大型车床进行桥壳车扣的替代设备。

Design and Application for Professional Machine of Auto Fastener and Axle Case

Abstract：Professional machine of auto fastener and axle caseis special machine of shell and auto fastener that is improved by the ordinary lathe. Special combination tool that is mounted on the spindle, can automatically advance and retreat and do rotating main movement. Through the rear cylinder pulling the arbor and the use of "pull-down after the compression mechanism" to the axial movement of the arbor into the radial movement of the head. Through the electromagnetic valve stroke control the tool bit achieve radial feed and Finish cutting. When the tool is retracted, the tool bit will automatically return and exit the workpiece and complete the blind cutting by three automatic feeds. Professional machine of auto fastener, which has these advantage of fixed and reliable of workpiece, low cost, good technical performance and high efficiency, is alternative equipment for auto fastener and axle case of a large lathe.
