缓冲材料对屏蔽转运容器跌落特性的影响研究

摘要:利用SolidWorks Simulation跌落测试模块对屏蔽转运容器进行了跌落测试分析。研究了屏蔽转运容器在无缓冲垫、缓冲垫为PE塑料以及缓冲垫为天然橡胶三种工况下的跌落特性。仿真结果表明跌落碰撞过程中无缓冲垫时的最大应力值接近材料的屈服强度,如果发生跌落容易造成核废料泄露。PE塑料作为缓冲垫时的最大应力值与无缓冲垫时相差不大,没有起到缓冲吸能的作用。天然橡胶作为缓冲垫时的最大应力值明显降低,起到了很好的缓冲保护作用。

Research on the Effect of Cushion Material on the Drop Characteristics of Shielded Transshipment Container

Abstract:The drop test of shielded transshipment container was carried out by SolidWorks simulation drop test module. Drop characteristics of shielded transshipment container under three conditions were studied: Absence of cushion, PE plastic cushion and natural rubber cushion. The results show that the maximum stress in the absence of cushion condition is close to the yield strength of material during the drop impact progress. It will easily lead to nuclear waste leakage. In the PE plastic cushion condition, the maximum stress is almost the same with condition one, it did not play the role of buffer energy absorption. However, in the natural rubber cushion condition, the maximum stress is significantly reduced and played a very good buffer protection.
