一种新型吊环倾斜机构

摘要:介绍了一种新型吊环倾斜机构的组成部分、详细结构和工作原理。该新型吊环倾斜机构,驱动装置通过抱箍带动吊环转动,抱箍与吊环通过滚轮接触,滚轮与吊环的接触面可以是平面,也可以是曲面,吊环前倾或后倾时,滚轮绕滚轮的轴心线转动并带动抱箍沿吊环移动。该吊环倾斜机构有益效果有:油缸推动支架转动,支架通过抱箍带动吊环前倾或后倾,吊环穿过抱箍的部分与抱箍内的滚轮接触,装置安全性好、安装工作量小;抱箍中滚轮与吊环的接触面为曲面,吊环外侧面与滚轮曲面接触,吊环前倾和后倾过程平稳;吊环倾斜机构可应用于不同型号、不同大小的吊卡,扩大了吊环倾斜机构的应用范围。

A New-style Link Tilt System

Abstract:In this paper, the components, working principle and detailed structure of a new-style link tilt system are described in detail. The drive device through the hoop to drive the links rotation, and hoop and links through the wheel contact which the contact surface can be a plane or curved, front or rear tilt. The lifting of the links forward or backward tilting, the wheel revolves around the axis of rotation and drive the hoop to move along the links. The hoisting mechanism has the beneficial effect that the cylinder drives the bracket to rotate, and the bracket drives the hoop forward or backward through the hoop, and the part of the link through the hoop is in contact with the roller in the hoop, the device safety, the installation of small workload; hoop in the wheel and the link of the contact surface for the surface, the outer side of the link and the roller surface contact, hanging forward and backward tilt process smooth; lifting link tilting system can be applied to different models, different sizes of elevators, expanding the scope of application of the lifting link tilt system.
