铝土矿用重型板式给料机的结构改进

摘要：通过对氧化铝洗矿项目现场应用情况进行考察，针对重型板式给料机的设计进行改进，链板采用平板设计，驱动型式为液压马达驱动。改进后的结构更适用于铝土矿这种黏性高、含水率大的物料工况条件，克服了现场出现的一些问题，应用效果良好。

The Structure Improvement of Heavy Duty Apron Feeder for Bauxite Ore

Abstract：The design of heavy duty apron feeder was improved through the application study of heavy duty apron feeder in Bauxite ore washing project. The plane structure was adopted in chain plate and the hydraulic motor drive was used in design. The improved structure is more suitable for Bauxite ore which is high viscosity and moisture content，it solved some problems and achieved good application effect.
