转炉钢水罐车钢轨纵向开裂失效机理研究

摘要:针对宝钢湛江钢铁炼钢厂转炉炉下钢水罐车走行钢轨纵向开裂故障,通过对炼钢冶炼工艺特性、转炉炉下实际工况、炉底设备防渣能力进行勘察,对钢轨实际工作温度、断裂钢轨电镜扫描以及金相组织进行检测分析,得出了高温是引起钢轨组织变化,造成钢轨纵向开裂故障的主要原因,提出了相应的对策措施,对于新建项目和技术改造创新具有一定参考意义。

The Failure Mechanism Research on Rail Longitudinal Cracking under Converter Ladle Car

Abstract:Aiming at the failure which caused rail longitudinal cracking under converter ladle car in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., this thesis studied the cause of failure from several aspects. Through the survey and analysis of steelmaking process, working condition and the ability of slag baffle under converter, rail actual temperature, SEM and metallograph experiment on cracking rail, this thesis came to the conclusion that the high temperature was the primary cause of the rail organizational change and longitudinal cracking. In order to solve this problem, this thesis put forward some corresponding countermeasures. This may provide certain reference meanings to new project and technical innovation project.
