弹簧刚度对非能动爆破保护阀的影响

摘要:为使非能动爆破保护阀能安全可靠的实现爆破保护功能,实现最佳性能,弹性系数对阀门的爆破保护性能的影响最为关键。基于同一工况下,通过改变DN50爆破保护阀弹性系数大小,利用Fluent软件对爆破阀的流场进行数值模拟,将不同弹性系数下爆破保护阀的响应情况进行对比分析,得出合理的弹性系数不仅决定阀门是否正常工作,还可以有效延迟阀门关闭时间,减小阀芯对阀体冲击,待修复后自动复位,大大节约维修与调试时间,减少人工成本,体现非能动的优越性,有利于进一步研究与应用。

The Influence of the Passive Blast Protection Valve Elastic Coefficient for the Move

Abstract:In order to the passive blast protection valve make the move can realize the blasting safe and reliable protection function, manifests the best performance, the elasticity coefficient of the valve of the influence of the blasting protection performance is the most crucial. Based on the same conditions, by changing the protection valve blasting elastic coefficient, using Fluent software for a numerical simulation of the flow field of blasting valve will be blasting protection valve response under different elasticity coefficient, this paper compares and analyzes reasonably come to the elasticity coefficient is not only to determine whether the valve normal work, also can effectively delay the valve closing time, reduce the impact to the body, the valve core to automatically reset after the repair, saving the maintenance and debugging time greatly, reduce labor costs, demonstrate the superiority of the move, is helpful to further research and application.
