摘要:为得到某涡轴发动机燃气涡轮后档板螺栓孔区域的精确解,通常是将该局部区域的网格细化。但是,这样增大了前处理建模难度和前处理时间,同时也因为单元数目的增多而需要更多的计算时间。为此本文运用ANSYS子模型法对该燃气涡轮后挡板进行分析,减轻了建模工作量,提高了效率。

Application of ANSYS Sub-Modeling for Gas Turbine Rear Cooling Plate Optimization

Abstract:In order to obtain accurate solution of the bolt holes of gas turbine rear cooling palte of a turboshaft engine, the bolt holes are usually discretized with fine mesh. However, this can increase the difficulties and time comsuption of pre-processing, and also need more computating time as the elements increasing. Thus this paper analyzed the gas turbine rear cooling plate by using the ANSYS sub-modeling, which not only reduced the workload of modeling but also improved the efficiency.
